Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in polymerization processes.
• Proven track record in scale-up of polymer products.
• Strong polymer characterization and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and development initiatives focused on new polymerization technologies and catalysts.
• Optimize existing polymerization processes to improve product properties, yield, and efficiency.
• Conduct pilot-scale and full-scale production trials for new polymer formulations.
• Analyze polymer characteristics using advanced analytical techniques (e.g., GPC, DSC, FTIR).
• Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and product development teams.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, research proposals, and patent applications.
• Ensure all laboratory and pilot plant operations adhere to safety and environmental protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in polymer chemistry and engineering.
