Qualifications

• 2-3 years' operational experience in a junior management role.
• Experience managing one freight product.
• 2-3 years' experience managing a branch or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple freight products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the branch operational plan aligned with company strategy.
• Manage daily branch operations to achieve service delivery targets.
• Oversee route planning to maximise efficiency.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times.
• Lead, motivate and develop branch employees.
