Remote | Full-Time | Multi-Platform Production | Start ASAP

We’re seeking a Podcast Producer to lead end-to-end production across our growing podcast slate—spanning both audio platforms and YouTube. You'll work closely with hosts, editors, and our YouTube marketing specialist (who’ll mentor you on platform best practices), owning the full production cycle from planning to publishing.

If you're a creative producer with a sharp eye (and ear) for storytelling, quality, and audience engagement, this is your chance to help build a standout podcast brand.

What You’ll Do

Pre-Production

• Develop episode outlines, scripts, and timelines
• Coordinate guest outreach, booking, and prep
• Manage scheduling and logistics for remote or studio recordings
  
  

️ Production

• Oversee recordings and ensure high-quality audio
• Collaborate with engineers to capture and organize raw audio/video
  
  

️ Post-Production

• Review/edit rough cuts for flow and clarity
• Ensure polished mixing, noise reduction, and brand consistency
• Upload final episodes to hosting platforms (e.g., Libsyn, Anchor)
  
  

YouTube Integration

• Adapt audio episodes into YouTube-ready content
• Provide input on visuals, video edits, metadata, and chaptering
• Optimize uploads for discoverability (titles, tags, thumbnails)
  
  

Publishing & QA

• Publish on Apple, Spotify, Google, YouTube, and more
• Run QA checks (links, descriptions, formatting)
• Track performance metrics and audience feedback
  
  

️ Process & Workflow

• Maintain and improve production checklists and style guides
• Suggest tools, systems, and optimizations to streamline work
  
  

What You Bring

Must-Have:

• 2+ years managing podcast production end-to-end
• Familiarity with podcast hosting tools and YouTube workflows
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed
  
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Audio editing experience (Adobe Audition, Audacity, etc.)
• Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut)
• Understanding of podcast SEO, RSS feeds, and metadata
