• Experience supporting pupils with PMLD or complex needs.
• Ability to plan and deliver individualised lessons tailored to pupils' abilities.
• Understanding of sensory-based learning and alternative communication methods.
• Patient, caring and adaptable approach to SEN settings.

Previous experience in a specialist SEN setting would be highly beneficial.
