Job description

TSR is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our client’s team on a social housing maintenance contract in the Stockport area. This is a customer-facing role involving day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform various plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations within domestic social housing properties.
2. Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, faulty pipework, sanitary ware, and heating-related plumbing components (non-gas work).
3. Complete all work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
4. Manage jobs independently and communicate professionally with tenants.
5. Record completed work accurately using handheld devices or job sheets.
6. Support other trades and work as part of a multi-skilled maintenance team.

Location: Stockport area

Duration: 1 month

Must have:

• References
• Right to work documents
• Valid CSCS card
• Previous experience in a similar role
