To provide subject matter expertise to clients on all the functionality within the online banking platform.

To manage portfolios and ensure digital profiles through registration, training, and onboarding of new or existing banking clients.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have the Following Exposure:
  1. Optimize client usage by growing the digital vertical sales index (VSI), increasing revenue and volumes.
  2. Manage a portfolio of clients related to platform requirements.
  3. Provide ongoing relationship management and client retention.
  4. Increase transaction volumes on all digital channels and meet revenue targets.
  5. Onboard new clients onto the platform.
  6. Provide training to new and existing clients to ensure full utilization of online banking functionalities.
  7. Execute projects and campaigns within scope, such as promoting simple payments.
  8. Ensure compliance with legal and organizational documentation requirements.
  9. Maintain updated client information in relevant systems.
  10. Analyze reports to manage the portfolio effectively.
  11. Continuously improve products and processes.
  12. Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients as needed.
  13. Build relationships to manage expectations, share insights, and secure buy-in.
  14. Engage in cross-functional relationships for support and collaboration.
  15. Apply a client-centric approach to maximize service and product offerings.
  16. Ensure understanding of client needs and alignment of service solutions.
  17. Communicate implementation plans and secure buy-in.
  18. Maintain accurate product knowledge and provide relevant client information.
Additional Role in Cape Town

Manage cost-to-income ratios, improve business performance, and drive customer service excellence. Focus on growing the customer base, developing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Candidate Requirements
  1. 2-3 years of experience in Commercial Banking or similar roles.
  2. Finance-related qualification (NQF level 6, 7, etc.).
  3. Experience in customer dealings.
  4. Not an unrehabilitated insolvent.
