To provide subject matter expertise to clients on all the functionality within the online banking platform.

To manage portfolios and ensure digital profiles through registration, training, and onboarding of new or existing clients.

Ideal candidate exposure includes:

  • Optimising client usage by growing the digital vertical sales index (VSI), increasing revenue and volumes.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients related to platform requirements.
  • Providing ongoing consultation to clients for relationship management and retention.
  • Optimising product usage (VSI) and increasing transaction volumes across digital channels to achieve revenue targets.
  • Onboarding new clients onto the platform.
  • Training clients to utilise all online banking functionalities.
  • Executing projects and campaigns within scope, such as promoting simple payments.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and documentation requirements.
  • Updating client information regularly on relevant systems.
  • Extracting and analysing reports for portfolio management.
  • Continuously improving products and processes.
  • Preparing and delivering product presentations to clients.
  • Building relationships to manage expectations, share knowledge, and gain buy-in.
  • Engaging in cross-functional relationships for support.
  • Applying a client-centric approach to maximise service and product offerings, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Understanding client needs to deliver quality service.
  • Aligning client solutions with business standards and values.
  • Communicating implementation plans and securing buy-in.
  • Maintaining technical accuracy in product knowledge and providing relevant information to clients.
