Job Description

To provide subject matter expertise to clients on all the functionality within the online banking platform.

To manage portfolios and ensure digital profiles through registration, training, and onboarding of new or existing bank clients.

To optimize client usage by growing the digital vertical sales index (VSI), increasing revenue and volumes.

Are you someone who can:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients for platform-related requirements
  • Provide ongoing consultation with clients, focusing on relationship management and client retention
  • Optimize product usage (VSI) and increase transaction volumes on all digital channels to achieve revenue targets
  • Onboard new clients onto the platform
  • Provide training to new and existing clients to ensure full utilization of online banking functionalities
  • Execute projects and campaigns within scope (e.g., promote simple payments to clients)
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations as needed
  • Engage in cross-functional relationships for support and collaboration
  • Apply a client-centric approach to maximize service and build relationships
  • Ensure product knowledge is accurate and provide relevant information to clients

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • Have a relevant NQF 5 qualification (technical)
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a financial/banking management environment, including people management, reconciliations, and financial accounting knowledge
  • Possess technical knowledge of Host to Host and APIs
  • Are not an unrehabilitated insolvent
