• Owns the platform vision, roadmap, standards and service outcomes with CIO and Architecture Lead.
• Translates business demand and architecture direction into engineering priorities, capacity plans and releases.
• Drives secure, resilient platforms with measurable objectives, observability and continuous improvement.
• Leads engineering managers and technical leads, including workforce planning and supplier performance.
• Aligns development lifecycle with Group Architecture, Security & Infrastructure guidelines and ensures cost optimisation.
