Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for problem solving with previous experience in managing platforms or working to provide platforms and applications support, then this could be the role for you!

We are looking for a Platform Analyst to join our team where you will support a wide variety of applications across the Low Code and AI Platforms portfolio. This role primarily focuses on applications built on low-code platforms such as Outsystems, Blue Prism, and similar technologies, as well as our in-house built AI applications. The role adheres to an agreed best practice framework, keeping functional documentation about the Applications updated.

This internal customer-facing role requires excellent communication skills as it will work closely with our Development Teams, build and execute test plans, and lead deployment of functionality into the production environment, including associated internal communications.

Everyday you will...

  • Work with the Application Analysts, internal customers, and the Development teams & vendor partners to translate use stories into technical outcomes, develop, test, and deliver change
  • Triage and manage the Service Now incidents and tickets on a day-to-day basis, making and aiding the resolution of incidents in line with Service Level Guidelines
  • Identify areas of high volume tickets and work with the development team and Platform Manger to determine and fix the root cause, to reduce ticket volumes
  • Ensure familiarity with any new functionality and liaise with stakeholders to ensure they have the tools to perform their functions, documenting any subsequent outcomes.
  • Prepare input for the CAB (Change Advisory Board) to review any proposed changes.
  • Build and execute test plans, and lead deployment of functionality into the production environment, including associated internal communications
