Mission
Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and operation of the wind farm, ensuring safety, efficiency, operational continuity, facility safety, and compliance with environmental and quality policies.
Responsibilities
Monitor high-voltage operations by directing and controlling high-voltage maneuvers according to safety regulations and internal procedures.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring park maintenance activities follow established plans.
Manage the brigade team by assigning tasks and supervising field staff, ensuring compliance with protocols.
Implement safety measures and perform risk assessment on high voltage and maintenance work.
Monitor the use of tools and equipment and manage the inventory of maintenance materials.
Prepare reports of the tasks and maneuvers carried out, as well as incidents and preventive activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal protocols.
Verify that brigade equipment is qualified and trained in high-voltage handling. Monitor that field practices respect environmental policies.
Monitor the development and updating of safety procedures and standards manuals.
Propose and implement improvement actions in park operation and maintenance.
Training
Degree in Electromechanical/Electrical Engineering or the like
Higher degree in Electrical/Electronic or similar specialty.
Certification of qualification for electrical work
Experience
Experience in wind farm operations or high voltage facilities, experienced in supervisory roles
