Job Description

• Qualifications:
• Grade 12.
• Tertiary qualification in production or engineering from a Technikon or University.
• Valid Code 08 driver's license and own reliable vehicle.

• Experience:
• 2 - 5 years in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operational activities of the factory and site daily.
• Ensure all company requirements regarding HR, quality, safety, risk, environment, administration, logistics, and production are met within the production environment.
• Comply with health, safety, and risk regulations.
• Address environment and sustainability issues.
• Lead and manage human resources.
• Oversee quality control and laboratory functions.
• Manage finance and administration tasks.
• Handle procurement and inventory management.
• Supervise operations management.
