We are seeking a Plant Manager to oversee and manage our manufacturing plant in Mpumulanga.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Implement and monitor production environment and sustainability to meet all relevant legal and company requirements.
2. Report and implement training and development of the production team.
3. Implement and monitor production quality control processes.
4. Achieve the production and branch annual budget.
5. Ensure proactive stock management, maintaining adequate stocks of the correct quality in time for production.
6. Compile daily production plans and sequencing to ensure maximum efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Production or Engineering.
• Possession of a valid Code 08 / EB driver's license.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Experience: 2 - 5 years in a similar position.
