Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a recycling facility or waste management environment is a plus.
• Ability to quickly adapt to different roles and tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate basic plant machinery or willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Experience in multiple plant roles (production, logistics, maintenance) is a plus.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including early mornings or weekends, depending on production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist various departments (production, packaging, quality control, logistics) as needed.
• Operate machinery and monitor production lines to meet targets.
• Assist with quality checks and labeling to ensure product standards.
• Support maintenance with minor repairs and routine tasks.
• Load/unload materials and transport goods within the plant.
• Participate in cross-training and special projects as directed by management.
