Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a results-driven Cost & Management Accountant to provide strong financial and commercial support within a plant environment. You will drive cost control, production costing, budgeting, and variance analyses across BOM, WIP, and manufacturing processes.

The role requires 5+ years in cost and management accounting in a manufacturing setting, with the ability to work closely with operations and production teams for actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years' experience in cost & management accounting.
• Strong plant/manufacturing environment exposure.
• Solid BOM, WIP, budgeting & forecasting experience.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Cost & Management Accounting: Detailed costing and cost analysis; Monitoring plant costs and profitability; Identifying cost variances and driving corrective action.
• BOM & Production Costing: BOM management and analysis; Product costing; Reviewing production costs and cost drivers.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Annual budgeting; Forecasting and financial planning; Monitoring actuals against budget; Providing variance analysis to management.
• WIP & Plant Performance: WIP analysis; Monitoring inventory and production-related costs; Supporting operational teams with financial insights; Driving improved cost control and plant performance.
