Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas of the plant, including equipment, floors, walls, and other surfaces.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment.
• Dispose of waste and debris in designated areas and maintain cleanliness of waste storage areas.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the Plant Manager.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify the Plant Manager when supplies need to be replenished.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as needed by the Plant Manager or other team members.
