Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Planning and Pricing reporting, Parts incentive program, including Parts Target Setting, Retail and Purchasing Sale Performance, Sales Incentives Payments and Monthly Forecasting.

Conceptualization, development and implementation of after sales campaigns / Incentives and promotions to improve Throughput and Parts Sales Development of business cases for proposed campaigns and promotions for approval.

Provide support to Own Workshop and Over the Counter channels within ONE.

After Sales and conduct analysis and do market research as and when required by business Provide support to Strategic Projects within Sales Operations business area Responsibilities Regularly analyse Genuine Parts sales performance and run campaigns and promotions to improve service Throughput and Genuine Parts sales, focusing on Homogenous Parts Groups (HPGs) with high sales potential.

Coordinate dealer parts incentive programs to improve overall brand performance and Genuine Parts turnover, while conducting workshops to inform dealers about upcoming campaigns and promotions.

Engage regularly with dealers to gather insights and ideas, monitor campaign performance, and report results to management Write and distribute dealer bulletins for campaigns and promotions and to provide the Field Force Team with key information to help dealers improve performance.

Benchmark Group Parts against competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategic product plans to meet customer needs, including pricing, specifications, and parts mix.

Assist with dealer queries, support departmental initiatives (e.g., Bulk Deals, save a Car, save a Job), and get involved in departmental and divisional projects.

Qualification requirements Diploma / Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Data Management / Science, Commerce, Engineering, IT or related field A post graduate qualification (i.e., MBA / MBL / Honours) will be an added advantage Requirements 3 years' experience in Sales, After Sales (i.e., service and parts), Dealer Operations, Key Account Management or Marketing environment Advanced proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, Google Analytics and similar) is essential Program and / or Project Management experience would be an advantage Incentive management experience is preferred, along with strong knowledge of OEM / Importer and dealer after-sales operations Understanding of marketing and branding would be an advantage Parts (i.e., pricing, technical interpretation, sourcing and sales) experience would be a distinct advantage.

Campaigns and promotions management experience is highly desirable Strong analytical, critical thinking, and design thinking skills Strong communication (verbal and written) skills Self-starter and team player Good interpersonal skills Ability to formulate sound marketing plans Ability to work well under pressure Quality-focused, insightful, data-driven, with both short-term and long-term thinking Strong planning skills Results driven Commercial acumen
