Description

Requirements:

  • 3 years’ experience in Sales, After Sales (i.e. service and parts), Dealer Operations, Key Account Management or Marketing environment.
  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Data Management/Science, Commerce, Engineering, IT or related field.
  • A post graduate qualification (i.e. MBA/MBL/Honours) will be an added advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Python, Google Analytics and similar) is essential.
  • Program and/or Project Management experience would be an advantage.
  • Incentive management experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of marketing and branding would be an advantage.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Regularly analyze sales performance and run campaigns and promotions to improve service and sales.
  • Coordinate dealer parts incentive programs to improve overall brand performance and turnover, while conducting workshops to inform dealers about upcoming campaigns and promotions.
  • Engage regularly with dealers to gather insights and ideas, monitor campaign performance, and report results to management.
  • Write and distribute dealer bulletins for campaigns and promotions and to provide the team with key information to help dealers improve performance.
  • Benchmark parts against competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategic product plans to meet customer needs, including pricing, specifications, and parts mix.
  • Assist with dealer queries, support departmental initiatives, and get involved in departmental and divisional projects.
