Job Description

To provide appropriate financial and estate planning advice to Personal, Prestige, and Private Banking (Core) clients to offer suitable financial solutions for their needs.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • NQF level 5 Qualification in Financial Planning/Wealth Management
  • 120 credits or qualification aligned with FAIS and FSCA requirements
  • RE 5: Representatives

Mandatory Experience:

  • 2 years' experience in a sales environment, specifically intermediary services for banking and insurance categories
  • Understanding of Long Term insurance products
  • Understanding of the bank's products, processes, and systems
  • No supervision required

The successful candidate must demonstrate:

  • In-depth knowledge of financial and estate planning
  • Proven track record in providing strategic advice
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strict adherence to regulatory compliance and ethical standards
