Planned Works Project Manager

Daniel Owen is representing a leading Housing Company in East London seeking a Planned Projects Manager for their social housing planned works.

Role: Managing social housing major planned works, including cladding, roofing, and EWI works.

Duties:

  1. Prepare, process, and select estimates, bids, and tenders.
  2. Develop the procurement programme.
  3. Assist in presenting the contract brief to the client.
  4. Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and resources.
  5. Control contracts from start to completion.
  6. Manage contract budgets.

Key Knowledge:

  1. Experience with major planned works in social housing.
  2. Full UK driving license.
