PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

  • To capture all planned maintenance data from various sources into the planned maintenance system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Data capturing
  • Experience in Planned Maintenance System Data Capturing (advantageous)
  • Computer literate (MS Office)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sourcing equipment details from vessels
  • Populating vessel equipment hierarchy
  • Reporting and capturing job cards
  • General data capture
  • Filing
  • Creating and capturing work requests (Defects)
  • Capturing of checklists
  • Effective coordination of the planned maintenance program
  • Analysis and Improvement
  • Planning and Scheduling of jobs
  • Training and Development of users
  • Generating reports to monitor system usage
