Job description

Specialising in premium pet foods and accessories, Absolute Pets is the leading pet retailer in South Africa with over 170 stores across the country.

Our team of experts is looking for a passionate and driven Warehouse Supervisor to join the Absolute Pets team at our Warehouse in Pinetown, KZN.

If you want to join our team, here are some of the key responsibilities:

1. Oversee the picking, packing, and distribution of stock.
2. Report daily to the Head of Logistics.
3. Guide and supervise Warehouse Assistants.
4. Liaise with the Regional Manager regarding stock requirements for KZN stores.
5. Organise and maintain stock and storage areas.
6. Route schedule and prepare stock for delivery.
7. Manage and ensure the safekeeping of all stock.
8. Ensure safety rules and regulations are adhered to.
9. Complete ad hoc duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager and Head of Logistics.

Qualifications, Personal Traits, and Experience:

• Matric certificate.
• Product knowledge is advantageous.
• Warehouse experience.
• Organised and detail-oriented.
• Reliable transport.
