Hello Future Marketing Portfolio Manager,

FNB Retail Marketing is seeking a dynamic Pillar Marketing Lead: Lend to provide strategic partnership to Lend Pillar EXCOs, Business Unit EXCOs, and Segment Marketing EXCO. The role involves assessing business needs, offering solutions, and guiding the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with the business's strategic direction.

  • Develop and execute integrated financial strategies to maximize growth
  • Create frameworks and plans to drive profitability and economic value
  • Design resource optimization programs to ensure capital expenditure cash flow
  • Ensure financial strategies align with Group objectives
  • Establish forums for financial health tracking at board level
  • Balance immediate value with long-term sustainability considering global and local factors
  • Influence strategic intent to add value for customers and shareholders, focusing on customer experience
  • Engage with leaders to manage functional requirements
  • Foster diverse opinions and strategic relationships to navigate organizational ambiguity
  • Align and collaborate across departments for comprehensive customer solutions
