Team collaboration is essential, with responsibilities to report issues to supervisors and offer suggestions to boost team output and efficiency on the line.

Responsibilities

• Ensure relevant training completed per training plan.
• Attend factory briefings on production targets before line opening.
• Keep workspace clean and organized per SOP; participate in team cleaning.
• Label products with required barcode labels per kit work instruction.
• Pack materials according to work instruction.
• Communicate all issues to supervisor.
• Provide suggestions to increase team output to the team lead or supervisor.

Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that the relevant training has been completed according to the training plan.
• Attend briefings by the factory manager and supervisors about production target prior to line opening for the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to SOP cleaning procedures and participate in team related cleaning activities as required.
• Label products with required barcode labels for the specific kits as per work instruction for each specific kit.
• Pack materials and items according to the work instruction
• Communicate all issues experience to supervisor
• Provide suggestions to the team lead or supervisor to increase the output of the team.
