Job summary

Kabstrading Co in Cape Town is seeking a focused production team member to support daily manufacturing targets. You will ensure training is completed per plan, attend pre-shift briefings, maintain a clean workspace, label kits with barcodes, and pack materials according to work instructions.

You will report issues to your supervisor and offer practical ideas to improve output, collaborating with the team lead to keep the line running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the relevant training has been completed according to the training plan.
• Attend briefings by the factory manager and supervisors about production target prior to line opening for the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to SOP cleaning procedures and participate in team related cleaning activities as required.
• Label products with required barcode labels for the specific kits as per work instruction for each specific kit.
• Pack materials and items according to the work instruction
• Communicate all issues experience to supervisor
• Provide suggestions to the team lead or supervisor to increase the output of the team.
