Phakisa Holdings (Pty) Ltd is seeking a reliable Picker/Packer in Johannesburg to accurately pick, check, pack and prepare customer orders in a fast-paced contractor role. You will follow instructions and maintain stock integrity while ensuring safety.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading stock, packing orders securely, and performing daily targets. Prior experience in retail or warehousing is beneficial, and a clean criminal record is required.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 required.
• Experience in picking/packing or retail preferred.

• Follow stock rotation procedures and assist with inventory checks.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols.
• Achieve daily picking and packing targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

As a vital part of the team, you will be responsible for accurately picking, checking, packing, and preparing customer orders, ensuring high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
