Essential Functions & Responsibilities

The provider will manage clinical care at SNFs, including rounding, prescribing medications and treatments, and providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care.

Timely documentation and communication with nursing staff are required, using Theoria's proprietary EHR system, ChartEasy, along with PointClickCare, MatrixCare, or American HealthTech.

On-site presence and punctuality are essential for scheduled shifts.

Shift Structure

Rounding from 7AM-1PM local time, with flexibility. Shifts start around 7AM, Monday-Friday, with off-site charting possible.
