Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Serve as the attending physician for residents at each facility.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage resident care.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care services, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions.
• Complete documentation in proprietary EHR systems like ChartEasyPointClickCare, MatrixCare, and American HealthTech.
• Participate in quality initiatives and programs such as Chronic Care Management and RPM.
• Supervise collaborating nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Utilize electronic/online medical tools and systems for administrative functions.

Shift Structure

• Flexible shifts depending on physicians' schedules.
• Typically, 1-2 days/week per facility, with flexible rounding times.

This is an in-person position with a competitive compensation package, approximately $50,000-$, depending on employment status (PRN, Part-Time, Full-Time). All benefits are subject to availability.
