Sales Growth : Achieve and consistently exceed set sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our GX products. Strategy

Implementation : Drive the successful execution of sales and marketing strategies tailored to the needs of your territory.

Territory Management : Plan and manage your sales territory through thorough analysis, customer targeting, and optimizing call coverage to maximize opportunities.

Customer Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Customer Support : Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues promptly, and offering continuous support.

Expense Management : Efficiently manage and control territory expenses to ensure alignment with company guidelines.

Data & Reporting : Compile, update, and share a comprehensive database of targeted customers and industry contacts regularly.

Compliance : Adhere to Pharmacovigilance policies and company procedures to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.

Call Rate Achievement : Meet the daily call rate as outlined by management to ensure consistent outreach and sales performance.

Requirements : A Diploma or Degree

At least 2-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Travel Requirements :

The role requires travel within your designated territory, including both planned and ad-hoc business trips.
