Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues promptly, and offering continuous support.
Expense Management: Efficiently manage and control territory expenses to ensure alignment with company guidelines.
Data & Reporting: Compile, update, and share a comprehensive database of targeted customers and industry contacts regularly.
Compliance: Adhere to Pharmacovigilance policies and company procedures to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.
Call Rate Achievement: Meet the daily call rate as outlined by management to ensure consistent outreach and sales performance.

Requirements:
A Diploma or Degree
At least 2-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Individuals who apply must have experience with scripted medication and independent pharmacies
A passion for building relationships and driving sales in the healthcare industry.

Travel Requirements:
The role requires travel within your designated territory, including both planned and ad-hoc business trips.
Regular overnight stays away from home are expected.
