We're searching for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Medirite Marks Park!

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the pharmacy operates seamlessly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dispensing and operational results achieved through delegated tasks
2. Pharmacy administration and housekeeping
3. Stock control and customer service
4. Sales, compliance, and marketing campaigns
5. Operational work planning, priority setting, and staff scheduling
6. Monitoring operational performance
7. People and capacity management / resourcing
8. Managing relationships with prescribers, suppliers, head office, store manager, and cash office
9. Resolving escalated operational issues
10. Budget management

Leadership:

1. Developing and tutoring staff, interns, and assistants
2. Motivating and disciplining the team
