Overview

A vacancy exists for a Pharmacy Clerk, based at LifeGroenkloof Hospital reporting to the Senior Pharmacist.

Function: Pharmacy Facility – Life Groenkloof Hospital. Position: Pharmacy Clerk.

Responsibilities
  • Accurate goods receipt against invoices
  • Investigate queries relating to invoices and MIR6
  • Assist with investigation of GRIR reports
  • Address purchase price variances
  • Adhere to all SOPs relating to stock and its management
  • Plan and capture cycle counts for stock takes
  • Assist with close out of month-end reports
  • Investigate unrecorded liabilities
  • Daily filing of invoices and other documentation
  • New item code requests
  • Unpacking and checking of stock
Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • 2–3 years relevant experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
