Qualifications

• Experience during degree (holiday work) is advantageous.
• Registered with Pharmacy Council – South Africa or valid work permit is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide or perform all services pertaining to the scope of practice under direct supervision of a pharmacist.
• Read and prepare prescriptions, label and dispense medicines accurately.
• Assist with stock control, warehousing, and order placement.
• Advise patients on medicine use and potential drug interactions.
• Ensure accurate submission of claims to medical aid and maintain patient profiles.
