Job summary

Mediclinic Cape Gate is seeking a qualified pharmacist to provide a comprehensive, cost-effective pharmaceutical service to in-hospital patients and the public. The role emphasizes availability of medicines, stock control, and adherence to good pharmacy practices, within a fixed-term, on-site setting at Cape Gate, Cape Town.

Qualifications

• Must hold a B Pharm degree.
• Knowledge of Medicines and Related Substances Control Act preferred.
• Familiarity with medical aid schemes, regulations and formularies assumed.

• Pharmacy systems (e.g. UNISOLVE; AS400)
• Ethical product knowledge
