About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Pharmacist to join their expanding clinical services team, serving patients across Gauteng and beyond. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your pharmaceutical expertise to provide essential clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management, patient counseling, and drug information support. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs) and develop personalized medication action plans.
• Provide patient counseling on medication adherence, potential side effects, and disease management.
• Respond to drug information queries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize drug therapy regimens.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent.
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in South Africa.
