Placements24 is seeking a qualified Hospital Pharmacist to join a dedicated healthcare team in Upington. This role centers on the safe, effective, and appropriate use of medications within the hospital, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other professionals.

You will dispense prescriptions, review orders for interactions, provide patient counseling, participate in ward rounds, and maintain accurate med records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent.
• Current registration with SAPC.
• Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacist experience.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutics, pharmacokinetics, and interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct dosage, form, and quantity.
