Job summary

Clicks Group Limited, Sunnypark, Pretoria, invites applications for a Pharmacist Assistant QPB to join our dispensing team.

You will provide pharmaceutical care within scope, handle day‑to‑day dispensary administration, stock control, customer health advice, and ensure housekeeping, compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Matric with Maths is essential.
• Health Professions Council of SA qualifications for Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post Basic or Learner Basic) are required.
• SIPC knowledge and relevant legal knowledge (SAPC) are desirable and compliance aware.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care services within scope and perform day‑to‑day dispensary administration according to SOPs.
• Efficient stock control and administration, including repacking of medicine.
• Provide general health advice to customers and maintain high standards of housekeeping and merchandise display.

Responsible for providing pharmaceutical care services (within scope of practice) and performing day-to-day dispensary administration according to company's Standard Operating Plans (SOPs).

Job Objectives:

• High standards of customer service and care
• Efficient stock control and administration, including repacking of medicine

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric with Maths (Essential)
• Minimum requirements of the Health Professions Council of South Africa for the various levels as a Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post Basic and Learner Basic)
