Introduction Responsible for providing pharmaceutical care services (within scope of practice) and performing day-to-day dispensary administration according to company's Standard Operating Plans (SOPs).

The role focuses on the administration of scripts to ensure patient satisfaction and efficient dispensing duties.

Job Objectives and Responsibilities Interact professionally with customers, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to SOPs and timelines. Administer scripts and handle claiming / capturing procedures accurately. Manage patient profiles diligently. Communicate with healthcare professionals as needed. Resolve queries and follow up as necessary. Handle telephone or other communication regarding medication and healthcare services. Assist with chronic authorizations and liaise with other departments. Perform ad hoc operational duties as required. Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of SAPC regulations and relevant legal requirements. Understanding of the chronic authorization process. Customer service orientation and ethical working practices. Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy. Bilingual with English proficiency. Ability to work with patients, adapt to departmental duties, and use initiative. Positive attitude, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Adherence to principles and values, teamwork, and result-oriented. Experience and Education Minimum 1 year experience as a Pharmacist Assistant Post Basic.
