Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Well known Pharmaceutical Company is Seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep/Product Trainer.

Job Responsibilities

This role is accountable for the delivery and implementation of sales training activities that align with the needs of the sales force. The role will include assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for the entire sales organization.

Training Programs

• Meet and Exceed sales budgets. Experience in calling on doctors and pharmacies is essential.
• Work with National Training Manager to implement training programs/initiatives.
• Provide ongoing review of current programs to reflect evolving needs of the organization.
• Evaluate new training programs to determine suitability for audiences.
• Revise existing programs, pilot new programs, and facilitate the launch of new training programs.

Sales Training Tools

• Through regular participation in meetings with Marketing and Sales, develop training centered on the launch of new products and/or new sales aides.
• Assist in benchmarking competitive systems.

Analysis of Training Results

• Provide detailed analysis of sales agents' progress through focused classroom and follow-up field training activities.

Leadership Activities

• Champion the successful completion of ad-hoc training programs.
• Exemplify the values of HDC Core Values in daily activities.
• Contribute additional value to the training team by staying informed of the competition within the industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed Matric.
• Own car with valid license.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Good judgment/selling techniques.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Coaching facilitation skills.
• Proven track record of exceptional performance.
• 3 years+ field training in pharmacy.

Salary: +_ 20k CTC + Company Benefits.
