Pharmaceutical Sales Rep/Detailed Exp Essential

Well-known pharmaceutical Company located in the Western Cape is looking for a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep/Product Trainer.

Job Responsibilities

This role is accountable for the delivery and implementation of sales training activities that align with the needs of the sales force. The role will include assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for the entire sales organization.

1. Meet and exceed sales budgets. Experience in calling on doctors and pharmacies is essential.
2. Work with the National Training Manager to implement training programs/initiatives.
3. Provide ongoing review of current programs to reflect evolving needs of the organization.
4. Evaluate new training programs to determine suitability for audiences.
5. Revise existing programs, pilot new programs, and facilitate the launch of new training programs.
6. Through regular participation in meetings with Marketing and Sales, develop training centered on the launch of new products and/or new sales aides.
7. Assist in benchmarking competitive systems.
8. Provide detailed analysis of sales agents’ progress through focused classroom and follow-up field training activities.
9. Champion the successful completion of ad-hoc training programs.
10. Exemplify the values of HDC Core Values in daily activities.
11. Contribute additional value to the training team by staying informed of the competition within the industry.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Completed Matric.
2. Own car with a valid license.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or training.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong organizational and planning skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
8. Good judgment and selling techniques.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
10. Coaching and facilitation skills.
11. Proven track record of exceptional performance.
12. 3+ years of field training in pharmacy.

Salary: Approximately 20k CTC + Company Benefits.
