Job Overview
As a Pharmacy / Production Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's pharmacy and ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services. You will be responsible for managing a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, optimising workflow efficiency, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- 1-6 years' related work experience
- Pharmaceutical Production Experience and Retail Pharmacy Experience
- Registration with Pharmacy Council

Responsibilities:
- Planning and Procedures: Plan and prioritise activities, optimise resource use.
- Inspections and Verifications: Verify equipment status, calibrations, and sampling.
- Line & Production Processing: Approve line sign-offs, batch reconciliations, ensure standards are met.
- Process & System Improvements: Manage change controls, resolve complaints, optimise processes, drive CAPA investigations.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure regulatory compliance, perform GMP checks, verify documentation and product identity.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate deviations, raise deviations, and conduct maintenance notifications.
- Training & Technical Support: Guide staff, train new team members, identify training needs.
- Administration & Record Keeping: Monitor inventory, complete records, verify calculations, update systems.
