Job Overview

As a Pharmacy / Production Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's pharmacy and ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services. You will be responsible for managing a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, optimising workflow efficiency, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
  • 1-6 years' related work experience
  • Pharmaceutical Production Experience and Retail Pharmacy Experience
  • Registration with Pharmacy Council

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and Procedures: Plan and prioritise activities, optimise resource use.
  2. Inspections and Verifications: Verify equipment status, calibrations, and sampling.
  3. Line & Production Processing: Approve line sign-offs, batch reconciliations, ensure standards are met.
  4. Process & System Improvements: Manage change controls, resolve complaints, optimise processes, drive CAPA investigations.
  5. Compliance & Auditing: Ensure regulatory compliance, perform GMP checks, verify documentation and product identity.
  6. Troubleshooting: Investigate deviations, raise deviations, and conduct maintenance notifications.
  7. Training & Technical Support: Guide staff, train new team members, identify training needs.
  8. Administration & Record Keeping: Monitor inventory, complete records, verify calculations, update systems.
