A leading digital agency seeks a Pharmaceutical Client Relationship Manager to bridge relationships between the agency and pharmaceutical clients. This is a remote / hybrid position.
Individuals who apply must have sales and marketing experience within the pharmaceutical sector.Purpose of the Role : This role is all about being the bridge between the company and their pharmaceutical clients.
You'll wear many hats : relationship-builder, strategist, and problem-solver.
Your mission?
Manage and grow relationships with pharmaceutical clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities to expand accounts.
You'll act as their go-to person, ensuring we deliver creative solutions that align with their goals and industry standards.Client relationship management : Clear and consistent communication is achieved, at all times, between the client and the agency to achieve good quality - and on-time work that meets client expectations.Information is relayed accurately and effectively, always acting as the primary liaison between the client and internal agency teams.Strong, trust-based relationships are developed and maintained with clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and industry regulationsThe internal creative and strategic teams collaborate to deliver outstanding work aligned with client expectationsStrong, trusting relationships are developed with clients through regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and understanding of their business objectivesOngoing client feedback is acquired, received, and monitored, and appropriate action is taken to ensure overall satisfaction with the agency's services is achievedA primary point of contact is established and maintained for pharmaceutical clients to be clear on who the person is to contact for all their advertising and design needs and queriesConsistent growth of existing pharmaceutical accountsHigh client satisfaction scores (measured through feedback and surveys)Reporting & Communication : Deliver regular client updates on project progress, campaign performance, and next stepsPrepared and presented quarterly account reviews for key pharmaceutical clients, including performance metrics and future opportunitiesMaintain accurate client records on internal systems, ensuring everything is always currentKnowledge and Skills : Excellent communication & negotiation skillsStrong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing compliance and regulations.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop tailored solutionsAdvanced computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systemsSolid presentation skills, with the ability to pitch ideas to senior stakeholdersPersonality characteristics : Detail-oriented and organised – you'll need to juggle multiple clients and campaigns without missing a beatConfident and persuasive without being pushy – you can drive decisions while keeping clients happyResilient and proactive – you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love tackling challengesSelf-motivated and goal-oriented – you're all about driving results
