Placements24 is expanding its research team with a skilled Data Analyst who will transform clinical trial and R&D data into actionable insights. You will work remotely with scientists, clinicians and project managers, delivering statistical analyses and clear visualizations to support pharmaceutical development.

The role emphasizes data integrity, regulatory compliance, and collaborative, cross-functional work in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, CS, or Data Science or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst in pharma/healthcare is preferred.
• Strong SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy) or R skills for data analysis.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from clinical trials and R&D projects.
• Develop statistical models and analytics to identify trends and insights.
• Create data visualizations and reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with researchers to define KPIs and project metrics.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
