Job description

Vexall requires a Pharm Bureau Manager to be responsible for overseeing product and pricing files, formulary compliance and medical aid data management while ensuring customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

ØManage and maintain the Vexall Master Nappi/Product and Price files

ØManage and maintain the medical aid files.

ØFormulary management and assisting with compliance

ØManaging a team of administrators and assisting them in achieving objectives which contribute to customer satisfaction and customer retention.

ØImplementing best practices and optimizing the operational processes related to the functions of the Pharmacy Bureau

ØInternal and external communication.

ØClose attention to detail and be pro-active

ØStay up to date with industry Regulations to ensure adherence

Qualifications

Ø5+ years of experience in retail pharmacy

ØProven experience in management position

ØB.Pharm degree or PBQ qualification

ØValid registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)

ØSolid understanding of clinical pharmacology

ØGood understanding of Unisolv as well as other Pharmacy software

ØBasic understanding of the South African pharmacy retail. Environment

ØEffective communicator and team player

ØRequires flexibility to work longer hours from time to time when needed
