The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic PGTR Market Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales team in marketing and sales activities for the business unit and represent the interests of the organization in the given HUB/country. You will develop profitable and sustainable sales for the complete business unit portfolio in each HUB/country. You will implement the business unit strategies in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing manager and sales management.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with global sales objectives.
  • Establish and monitor sales targets, and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Identify acquisition opportunities within existing and potential new customers.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize sales and market coverage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Drive sales initiatives to meet revenue goals within the assigned market.
  • Participate in negotiations of key contracts to ensure alignment with supply factories.
  • Set pricing strategies and control project execution and operational costs.
  • Ensure effective marketing communications to achieve sales volume targets.
  • Coordinate the flow of information on sales activities, leads, and contracts.
  • Evaluate sales data and provide market intelligence reports to the team.
  • Monitor financial performance and report on market contributions regularly.
  • Manage project execution regarding schedule and quality.
  • Ensure positive cash flow through effective contract negotiation and execution.
  • Monitor client financial status and manage risks related to contract agreements.
  • Organize and promote after-sales service activities.
  • Take ownership of sales processes and employee training and development.
  • Maintain integrity and compliance in all sales activities.
  • Communicate effectively with supply factories and customers during projects.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for market initiatives.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

  • Oversee the implementation of the CCRP tool for project management.
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional activities with marketing teams.

Your background
