Responsibilities
  1. Maximise incomes streams for the store (Add-ons, GP etc.)
  2. Ensure effective implementation of merchandising standards
  3. Ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives
  4. Attraction and retention of customer base

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  1. Functional area
  2. Ensure store sales objectives are met
  3. Maximise incomes streams for the store (Add-ons, GP etc.)

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  1. Ensure Customer Expectations are exceeded
  2. Review Mystery shopper reports
  3. Ensure immediate acknowledgement and timeous finalisation of product and retail / buy shop related complaints
  4. Reinforce a culture of service minded staff to ensure Customer satisfaction

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

  1. Facilitate the training and development of employees to ensure correct competency
  2. Succession Planning
  3. Ensure consistent, effective performance management
  4. Manage and enhance employee relations and satisfaction

ADMINISTRATION

  1. Ensure implementation and adherence to all relevant Company Policies, Procedures, System Requirements, Standing instructions
