National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking an Assistant General Manager for PetSuites Westlake in Westlake, Ohio. You will partner with the General Manager to run daily operations, develop the team, and deliver outstanding pet care and service.

This hands-on, full-time leadership role emphasizes culture, results, and growth, with responsibility for guest experience, staffing, budgets, and KPIs within a growing resort network.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of customer service experience; leadership is a plus.
• Strong communication and staff leadership in hands-on environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Resort Leadership Team and partner with the General Manager to drive operations.
• Oversee pet care, facility standards, cleanliness, and safety.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor guidelines.
• Support marketing programs and local lead-generation efforts.
• Monitor KPIs and budget targets; drive performance.
