Job Opportunity: Assistant at Patcha Property Practitioners

Salary: R8,000 per month basic + incentive-based commission for successful leads

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

I am seeking a sharp, intuitive, and reliable assistant to support me in both my personal life and real estate practice. This position is ideal for someone charismatic, efficient, and emotionally intelligent who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow.

You will work closely with me, so I need someone with a strong sense of initiative, the ability to read the room, and know when to lead or support. The role is suitable for someone in their mid-20s, preferably pursuing part-time studies or distance learning.

The right candidate will have ambitions, a personal life, and be ready to get things done.

Responsibilities

  1. Providing direct assistance in the real estate business (scheduling, follow-ups, marketing coordination, admin)
  2. Attending viewings and client meetings as needed
  3. Managing and organizing personal schedule and admin tasks
  4. Communicating professionally with clients, suppliers, and service providers
  5. Ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes to allow focus on high-level tasks

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with multitasking ability
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in ChatGPT, WhatsApp, social media, and online tools
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and emotionally intelligent
  • Self-starter with positive energy and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Own vehicle and driver's license required
