Overview : A leading financial services company in Centurion is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Lines Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities :
- Generate personal lines quotations based on advice provided by advisers.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations to advisers, ensuring contact details are correct.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive quotation files, including comparison quotes, application forms, and FAIS documentation.
- Activate accepted quotations with the chosen product provider and ensure seamless transition to policy activation.
- Prepare and send welcome packs to clients, including policy schedules, policy wordings, and relevant documentation.
- Handle daily underwriting requests from advisers and providers, ensuring all policy adjustments are managed effectively.
- Request and negotiate renewal terms from providers and prepare renewal packs for advisers, focusing on both personal lines and commercial-linked policies.
- Manage the renewal process for both standalone personal lines policies and policies linked to commercial lines, ensuring all required documents are prepared and sent to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and upload all relevant documents into the company's system (myPractice).
- Collaborate with compliance monitoring teams to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements :
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the short-term insurance industry.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- NQF Level 4 Short-Term Insurance qualification or studying towards completion.
- FSCA confirmation (DOFA) and RE5 Examination (Representatives) completed.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to handle pressure.
- Client service orientation with strong negotiation skills.
