Job description

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Insurance Personal Injury Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating personal
injury claims from initiation to resolution. This role ensures that all claims are processed efficiently,
accurately, and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The administrator acts as a
liaison between claimants, legal representatives, medical professionals, and insurers to facilitate
timely and fair outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage a portfolio of personal injury claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Liaise with claimants, solicitors, medical experts, and insurance providers.
• Gather, review, and maintain documentation including medical reports, witness statements,
and legal correspondence.
• Monitor claim progress and update internal systems accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, data protection laws, and company policies.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the legal and claims teams with administrative tasks and case management.
• Identify potential fraud or irregularities and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when handling personal and medical information.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in personal injury claims administration or a similar
insurance/legal role.
• Familiarity with UK personal injury law, insurance processes, and claims handling
procedures
